LogiLoft exists to close a gap the industrial real estate market has ignored for forty years — the gap between a garage and a 50,000 square foot warehouse.

Most warehouses are built for big tenants — major retailers, national 3PLs, enterprise distributors with corporate balance sheets. The economy doesn't actually work that way.
